A Lost Way-Word
I swingled and swangled my trementous waize up and down the trolley alley, making a fructive ruckus that clameshed with the ears of the bywalkers that strood the roods in samety. Some looked about my voluble rout, most opted out, some tsked in symply-thetic risk, but all onstreamed with the treadingrush of multitootsinus feets upon the walksides, so that my stomping and stumping all came to numping, numping at all!

Orwhell, what could I arspect of them? They had not a clue of my raw blue rue that kept my kopf unkempt, and there was no time to present what it meant, so I swayed and carriaged on and kicked the alley trash with a crash until I looked besides and well betide me, there was a fellow mellow as mallow, staring soulumly with sympath-eyes. "Why, what engages and enrages you, so that you bash the trash and pound the ground? Have you misplaced your mind, or something of a kind?"

I was brought up short and shirty, but kept it wordy and less than dirty. "It's well you ink-wired, stranger, for I can send little sense your way, but I shall essay it anyway... I'd been haydreaming atop a cloud at sunsent, charming myself a silly lass, when a hole in the sky that rang like glass came to pass down upon me. It schlorped me up, up and away, far from the lasscloud and the skyhigh, and left me here darkling in your frankly somewhat less than pretty city!" I chuffed and shnorted in tannoyance.

The stranger buggled his eyes. "A tale so soredid, must be sorted at once. You were clearly the vactim of a wayward displaycer, bent upon causing misstriff and strafe. Fortumately I've some talents to balance in this line; have you first tried having a run at the air?"

I norded, and showed my ackwaitance how envigrously I could leap and kick skyward, only to strumble backoverheels and land plump upon my fundament.

"Ahh," quoth he, "This is a quilt of querys indeed. So, quick! Plant your boot on my palms, and I shall bootst you hayer!" He wove his fingers to give me two hands up, and I schlepped for word, and with the contact of sole to glove I felt an unwhirledly power take flower. "Alley Hoop!" He cried at me as he shied me to the sky in a swooping loop!

I airtumbled strivishly and bounced off building walls and peeped in winnowed windows until my moment, um, took hold in my nodes and recoded my toes so that my loafers chauffered me for a while in the loftiest style! I waved down to the groundling city with fleeting pity, and the stranger with fingers unfuddled sent a fleeting wave my way as I scurried back to my windlass and the settiest sun I'd ever lay dyes upon. Those tied to earth often offer little mirth to those of skybirth, but my Benny Factor had done me a solid and I owed him an etherial. "Tata atcha!" I toodled at him. "My beastly guards to you, and should you rise our way, I'll return your flavor some muddy day!"

And so I soared to sun, and scored windward, and all was unbored amid the vayporous spires of the skyfolk!

So... I have no idea what to make of this, but it was fun to read. I think it's about the right length. A novel of this would just be irritating. I'm not even sure if there's a pattern it's following, but I appreciated all the puns, wordplay, substitution of phonetic similarities, and general style. I'd say this reminds me of "Jabberwocky," but it has a much more whimsical feel than that, kind of like an old vaudeville routine. I don't know what I read, but it was an experience.
